Physical  Support 

Now is a time to rest during your recovery

from your vaginal or cesarean birth. I will be

there to take care of you.

Emotional Support

Talking through your birth is very therapeutic,

I'd love to hear your birth story.

Babywearing Guidance

Wearing your baby is great for bonding and

breastfeeding, but all the different carriers can

be confusing. I can help figure it out with you.

Breastfeeding Support

Struggling with your baby's latch? Afraid baby

is not getting enough milk? I'm trained to help

achieve breastfeeding success. 

Meals & Snacks

Let me make you a hot meal and bring you

snacks and hydration!

Respite/Sleep Care

New parents are exhausted. Take a nap, a shower, a

walk... I've got baby covered.

Errand Runs

I can do the grocery shopping, take a trip to

Walgreens, the dry cleaners.... whatever you need.

Light Housework

New parents have more important things on their

mind. Let me do the dishes, vacuuming, laundry,

clean bottles, etc.

Accompany To Store or Dr. Office

Sometimes you just need an extra pair of hands or someone to soothe baby in the car... let's go!

Infant Care & Safety

I'm trained with scientific information on where baby can sleep safely, safety in the home, and how to care for baby.

Sibling Care

Maybe big brother or sister needs some special one-on-one time, I can take care of baby for you or focus on brother/sister.
