I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula, serving families in St. Louis and surrounding areas. I'm passionate about supporting birthing parents to help them have their best birth experience!

I also love coming alongside parents during the postpartum period to ease the transition into those first months of sleepless baby bliss.   

I’m trained by DONA & Purple Lotus Doulas. I have taken additional trainings such as Spinning Babies and MamasteFit. I currently serve on the board of Doulas of Greater St. Louis and Heartful Wellness. 

I'm happily married and the proud mother of two amazing daughters. I enjoy gardening, loving on babies, coffee, singing, and making memories with my family. :)
